The NASA, DoD, and other U.S government agencies should rely to maximum extent practicable on commercial services and products
Promote a safe and sustainable space environment
Implement a light touch, streamlined regulatory environment to unleash commercial space capabilities
Organize the U.S Government to prioritize space
Assure U.S. access to space by investing and protecting needed space infrastructure, including spectrum
Build a robust and sustainable LEO and cislunar economies
