Kenya McEachern is the CSF Business Operations Manager, with a multifaceted skillset. She spearheads administrative functions, offering pivotal support to the team; to include; owning business duties, member management, managing meetings and events; and fostering an organized office environment. While balancing autonomy and collaboration, Kenya plays a key role in providing essential administrative support across all facets of the organization, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
Prior to joining CSF, Kenya was a Senior Coordinator/Event Planner, for the American Gas Association where she provided indispensable administrative and budgeting support. She was also a key player in modernizing operational processes for enhanced efficiency and potential cost savings by having a strategic mindset to rethinking existing business practices. Beyond administrative tasks, Kenya managed an array of meetings, workshops, events, and conferences.
