Kenya’s responsibilities span business operations, member management, meetings and event coordination, and fostering a well-organized office environment. Balancing autonomy with collaboration, she ensures seamless operations and effective communication across the organization.
Before joining CSF, Kenya worked as a Senior Coordinator/Event Planner for the American Gas Association. There, she provided indispensable administrative and financial oversight while spearheading efforts to modernize operational processes, driving efficiency and cost savings through strategic thinking. In addition to her administrative expertise, Kenya skillfully managed a diverse portfolio of meetings, workshops, events, and conferences, demonstrating her exceptional ability to orchestrate both the big picture and finer details.
