Washington, D.C.— August 24, 2026—In a new op-ed, CSF President Dave Cavossa argues that launch infrastructure warrants the same strategic attention as other terrestrial and digital infrastructure. While America leads the world in space launch and reentry, rockets are increasingly delayed not by engineering limits, but by logistics: shared roads, limited processing facilities, and lack of coordinated scheduling. We applaud the Administration’s attention to these issues in the updated National Space Transportation Policy.
